It was 1910, after all! BTW, some cool historical photos at http://www.seattleschools.org/area/archives/index.xml and especially here (though they're in PDFs...looks like they have history files on all schools, existing and demolished. http://www.seattleschools.org/area/historybook/index.dxml) If only the Parks Department's Sherwood Files could get this treatment....
