West Seattle Blog reports on the Charlestown Court four-plex landmark nomination being approved. The next step is a public hearing on April 2nd. Sadly, this duplex probably won’t be so lucky.

possibly worth adding is the West Seattle landmark nomination we’re following, which is why we sat through the 3 hours of Scandigooginesian debate on the 40th floor of the Municipal Tower … not a final decision but it’s advancing:
