		<description>This is going to be a signature property development. The Marlborough House is a one-of-a-kind building in Seattle. It&#039;s rich in character and seeped in history. I&#039;m convinced this will be one of the classiest older condos in town when completed. Live Historic does a great job and I&#039;ve seen what they have planned for this project.
