This is going to be a signature property development. The Marlborough House is a one-of-a-kind building in Seattle. It’s rich in character and seeped in history. I’m convinced this will be one of the classiest older condos in town when completed. Live Historic does a great job and I’ve seen what they have planned for this project. I really like the unusual color of the brick. I don’t see many buildings like that.
