		<description>Wow - that is quite a price reduction.  That end of the market is moving slowly.  There are several houses in my neighborhood in the $700K - $950K range that are very nice and just not moving.

Personally, I'll wait until I can afford the $1.8 million for that house at 11th and Howe.</description>
