I always thought they were both built at the same time. It says something about the era that both post cards note the parking capacity of the buildings. The tower in the photo was built in 1969. The 2nd tower was built in 1982. The Orpheum was torn down in the 60's to make way for the towers. Cliffe Holly: Ya.
