Happy “Cyber Monday,” everyone. Last week was a bit scatter-shot, what with the Thanksgiving holiday and travel, but things should be back to normal now. Today’s photo shows a young Capitol Hill from the Volunteer Park standpipe. For an extra added bit of fun, check out the
