Photo shows a car parked or stopped just under an interurban train car. It may have been a collision. The train has a sign at front reading “SEATTLE EVERETT” and along the sides, “SEATTLE EVERETT Mt. VERNON BELLINGHAM.” Ca. 1928. Photo courtesy Washington State Digital Archives.

This photo is so great in high-res! So much wonderful detail. I love the incredibly tiny rearview mirror in the car, almost an afterthought.

Can we please get leaded glass window vents with our light rail too?

  5. Great photo! I think the Trolley 55 on display at Heritage Park in Lynnwood was one of these. I sketched it once: http://gabicampanario.blogspot.com/2008/09/century-later-rails-are-coming-back.html
