		<description>I worked at Horizon House for several years, starting about ten years after this card was sent. The residents were very nice,  a high percentage of them retired teachers.
From what I've heard it started out as a rather high class apartment building before converting into a retirement condo.
In this picture you can just see the Lolita immediately to the east, a charming three story plus basement apartment building where I lived for about a year in the Seventies.  It was removed when Horizon House expanded in the Eighties, more than doubling it's size.</description>
