		<description>This and the formerly longer existing parking lot to the south of it have been an active construction site for awhile now. For what I have heard it is a Seattle Central owned or related project to build apartment housing, presumably for students, which surprised me a bit that community colleges are involved in student housing. 

It was unfortunate that the previous church building could not have been purchased and turned into another use since the congregation could not afford it (they merged with another Capitol Hill church). It seemed more odd considering that it was during heady days of real estate boom.</description>
