Hotel Seattle, located at 1509 Ninth Ave, didn’t quite capture the spirit of New Orleans nor did it end up having the longivity of many Big Easy structures.

    I’m wondering if this was an apartment building converted to a hotel for the World’s Fair. Do you have a date on the post card?

    There is a current hotel called “Hotel Seattle” at 315 Seneca St. It’s a pretty old building, so obviously it was called something else while the other Hotel Seattle was still standing.
