The Pacific Northwest Bell headquarters on 7th and Olive, which opened in 1976, is nowhere in the picture, either; and its construction would probably have shown up on the far left side of the picture in 1975. The Rainier Tower was under construction by 1975, I believe, and I don't see signs of it here, in fact, it looks like the building north of the Olympic Hotel is not yet demolished to make way for it. Regarding the lot across from the Palace Kitchen, the Warwick Hotel is now right west across the alley from that lot and it's been there for a long, long time and it is not in this picture (corner of 4th & Lenora). And neither is the 4th and Blanchard "Darth Vader" building. I remember that this area had a lot of parking lots in the 1960s & 1970s (area around the Cinerama Theater). What year was this picture taken, do you know?
