Thankfully for the rest of us, he purchased the slides from an unkown photographer at the Salvation Army for just $1.50 and scanned them in. If you need to catch up on Part 1 through 4, just click here. Once again thank you to Josh and here they come:

Those buildings really did look “futuristic” next to those ’50s cars!

  2. Louis says:

I´m just loving the images of the Coliseum under construction. I spent so much time in that place going to Totems, Sonics, Thunderbirds games, concerts..It´s such a unique design. Thanks Josh and Jess.

  3. Rose says:

OMG !! the Totems..I’d forgotten that hockey team..I was at a few of their games too. I remember Bill Cosby was at the Coliseum in those days, but I didn’t see him but heard the “HEY, HEY, HEY” and the laughter from outside.

  4. Marty Dawg says:

Totems vs the Portland Buckaroos….which reminds me, please help Save The Buckaroo!! Don’t let it go the way of the Twin Tepees and the Jolly Roger….of course, I doubt the owners of The Buck would torch it, like those two
